Weekend Orders: Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer a simple flat fee of $5.99 USD for worldwide delivery.

Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, your package will typically arrive within 10–20 business days.

Note on Delays: Occasionally, factors beyond our control (such as customs inspections or carrier delays) may cause slight hold-ups. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens!
3. Order Tracking
You can follow your package every step of the way! As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don't worry, the rest of your goodies are on the way! To ensure the fastest possible delivery, multi-item orders are sometimes split and shipped from different warehouses. Each package will have its own unique tracking number, which will be emailed to you separately.
5. Urgent Order Modifications & Cancellations
This is extremely time-sensitive! Whether you need to correct your shipping details (address, phone number) or change an item (size, color, quantity), please contact us ASAP (ideally within 12 hours of ordering).

6. What to Do If Shipping Takes Longer Than Expected
If your package seems to be taking its time, here is a quick 2-step check:

Check Your Tracking: Look at the date of the last update. If it was within the past 7 days, your package is still moving normally through the logistics network.

When to Reach Out: If there have been zero updates for more than 7 days, please email us with your Order Number and Order Email, and we will investigate it for you immediately.
7. Missed Deliveries & Wrong Addresses

Missed Delivery: If the courier misses you, they will usually leave a notice and hold your package securely at your local post office. We highly recommend contacting your local delivery provider directly with your tracking number for the quickest solution.

Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping details! We cannot be held responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or a failure to collect the delivery.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be. If you suspect an issue, we will open an investigation with the carrier to track it down.

Lost in Transit: If our investigation confirms your package was officially lost during transit, we will happily send you a replacement order completely free of charge.

Delivered Packages: Our policy does not cover packages that are lost or stolen after tracking confirms a successful delivery. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with family members, neighbors, or your building management first.

Destinations: We ship worldwide! In the rare event that we cannot ship to your specific country, we will notify you immediately.

Origins: While our main facilities are located in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the EU, we also partner with top-tier global manufacturers to bring you the best products at the best prices. Therefore, your order may occasionally ship directly from their overseas facilities.
